Melissa Dhondt (’91) recently founded her own production company IN HINTERLAND, which focuses on author driven fiction films and documentaries. She mainly works as a producer. Her credits include short film MAVERICK (dir. Domien Huyghe) and THE MUTE (dir. Bartek Konopka) which she co-produced. At the moment, she’s working on the documentary ‘Bateau Peer Gynt’ & feature film ‘The Million…’ (dir. Michiel Robberecht) and the short film ‘Jour des Crêpes’ & video installation ‘Ad Hominem’ (dir. Alex Verhaest). She’s a MAIA 2017 graduate and a 2018, EP2C post production graduate. She participates at Midpoint TV Launch as the creator and writer of Transit.
